    • During the season (26th Sept - 31st April) the ski slopes are open Mon - Fri from 19.30 - 22.30, Sat & Sun from 10.30 - 17.30. For snowboarding only the slopes are also open on Sunday evenings from 18.00 - 20.30. The Ski Club Office is open Mon - Fri from 09.00 - 17.00 and also during slope opening hours.

    • No, the Ski Club's main season runs from September to 31st March.

    • During the season (Sept - 31st March) ski classes for adults are at 20.00 Mon - Fri, 11.00 & 15.00 on Saturdays and 11.00, 14.30, 15.00 & 16.00 on Sundays. Children's classes are at the same times as adult classes on Saturdays and Sundays. Snowboarding classes are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 20.30, and also on Sundays at 18.30. It is important to arrive half an hour before the class start time in order to get fitted for the equipment. All classes must be booked in advance with payment. Please call us on 01 295 5658

    • All classes must be booked through the Ski Club Office in advance with payment. To make a booking please call the office on 01 295 5658 and pay with a credit or laser card. The best time to call the office is between 9.00 & 17.00 Mon - Fri. Bookings cannot be made without payment.

    • We offer a great variety of classes to suit all different levels of ability.'What level are you?' -section on our Ski and Snowboard pages will provide you more information on different class levels.

    • It is not necessary to become a member to use the slopes. The membership is open to all members of public. If you are interested in becoming a member please contact us on 01 295 5658

    • THE EQUIPMENT - FREE OF CHARGE!!! Skis/snowboards, boots and poles are provided for classes and practice sessions at no extra cost, or you are welcome to bring along your own equipment if you wish.

    • Participants must bring a pair of strong gloves (ideally ski or snowboard gloves) and should wear warm, flexible clothing and long, smooth socks. Waterproof clothing should be brought in case of rain.The equipment hire is included in the class price, so just dress for the weather and bring GLOVES. Do not bring handbags, valuables or mobile phones. Those participating in freestyle sessions must wear a HELMET.

    • Practice sessions are available to competent skiers/snowboarders. In order to be permitted to practise on the slopes a skier/boarder must have taken a minimum of four classes at the Ski Club or done a minimum of a week's skiing/boarding on snow. We also advise that you book your practice session in advance to avoid any disappoinment. Sometimes there will be slope restrictions due to racing, freestyle or events so it is advisable to check with us before you travel.     • Ski practice is available from Sept - 31st March Mon - Fri 19.30 - 22.30, Sat & Sun 10.30 - 17.30.

    • Snowboard practice is available from Sept - 31st March on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 19.30 - 22.30 and on Sunday evenings from 18.00 - 20.30 To be permitted practice snowboarding you must have taken at least four beginner classes at the Ski Club or done a week on snow. If you have your own boots, board and rider's pass (a rider's pass is given once a person has been deemed capable of snowboarding in control) you can practice during normal ski practice times.

    • For children between the ages of 4 & 7 we have Kindergarten classes which run on Sundays at 1pm. For children aged between 7 & 13 we have regular children's classes during the main season (Sept - 31st March) on Saturdays and Sundays. Those aged 13 and older may take part in adult classes.     • Classes can be rescheduled through the Ski Club office if a minimum of 24 hours notice is received but there is a €5.00 fee associated with each change. If 24 hours notice is not provided you will lose your class.

    • The Ski Club has 4 different slopes. The main slope is 180m and the intermediate slope is 150m long, both these slopes are covered in Dendix - a bristle surface lubricated with a misting spray. We have two brand new slopes which are covered with Snowflex (the nearest thing to snow) and feature travelator lifts.

    • Heavy rain and cold weather do not stop the Ski Club from providing classes. And when it rains or snows, things just get even better and faster! Please come equipped with warm, waterproof clothing. Remember, gloves are essential.
