Courses start at 10.00 am on most Saturdays and run until approx. 4.30 pm with breaks.Tea and coffee will be provided; participants should bring a packed lunch and arrive at 9.30 am to get kitted out.
The price for the 1-day course is €100 for adults, €90 for students and €70 for those aged 13-18.
ALL EQUIPMENT - FREE OF CHARGE!!! Skis/snowboards, boots and poles are provided for classes at no extra cost, or you are welcome to bring along your own equipment if you wish.
Please note 1-day courses are physically demanding and are restricted to those aged 13 and over.

1-DAY LEARN TO SKI COURSEThese 1-day Learn to Ski courses take place on most Saturdays during the season (September - April). This is a particularly convenient way to learn to ski if you are embarking on your first ski holiday abroad or if you live a long distance away from the Ski Club.
Once successfully completed you will be able to use a lift, perform controlled linked turns, control speed and direction, and stop confidently. Please check our ski pages for more information on beginner classes.
The 1-day Learn to Snowboard course is particularly convenient way to learn to board if you are embarking on your first snow holiday abroad or if you live a long distance from the Ski Club. Once successfully completed you will be able to use a lift, control speed and direction and stop confidently.

The aim of these 1-day Advanced Ski Courses is to develop the parallel turn and practise different techniques for confident and efficient mastery of the pistes.
The course is open to adults only and costs €100.
Tuesday Recreational Race Training
Restarting 11th October for 5 weeks. If you are a competent skier and would like to improve both your general skiing and your performance through poles then this is the class for you. The session is at least 2 hours long and finishes after 10.30 pm.
Wednesday Night Clinics
On Wednesday nights you are spoilt with two options:
Race Performance Clinic: This is for adult skiers who want to improve their skiing through racing techniques.
Personal Performance Clinic: Again, this is for adult skiers who want to improve their performance but with the emphasis on recreational skiing.
Friday Intermediate/Advanced Clinic
Restarting 14th October. This clinic is designed for those who:
- have completed a set of D classes
- are able to parallel ski
- would like to improve their technique
- need to brush-up and improve cofidence
